In case of cancellation 2 or more days before arrival – no penalty is charged, paid amounts are not refunded. Amounts paid in advance can be used for a new reservation for a subsequent period.

 

In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival, including “no-show”, the penalty is equal to the price of the first night. No refunds. The rest of the paid amounts can be used for a new booking for a subsequent period.

 

The above rules apply only to reservations made directly with Fort Noks Ltd, without the involvement of tour operators and various booking systems. When the booking is through tour operators or booking systems, the rules set by the respective tour operator or booking system apply.

The sun loungers and pergolas around the pools are free of charge. All beaches are public and offer free and paid areas.

Yes, there is free, unguarded, outdoor parking in each complex.

Complexes Messambria and Privilege have paid street parking provided by the municipality.

Complex Green Fort does not have parking.

Yes, we offer breakfast, half board and full board packages only for the Premier Fort Beach Hotel and Prestige Fort Beach complex. For an individual offer, you can contact the hotel directly.

All other complexes offer self-service accommodation.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival. Our receptionists will be happy to accommodate you if the room is ready.

Late check-out is only possible if the apartment is not occupied after you. There is an additional fee for check-out after 1:00 PM.

Requests are required at the reception at least one day before the departure date.
